AQUALINK® HT804F VER2 — HP/HT Subsea Production Control Fluid

AQUALINK® HT804F VER2 is Quaker Houghton's Tier 1 water-glycol subsea hydraulic control fluid — engineered specifically for high-pressure, high-temperature (HP/HT) oil and gas production wells and long-distance electro-hydraulic control umbilicals. It is the industry-leading choice for the most demanding deepwater production environments globally, holding ISO 13628-6 approval and FMC OEM approval.

Why AQUALINK® HT804F VER2 is the Tier 1 HP/HT Standard

Conventional subsea control fluids are not engineered for the extreme pressures and temperatures encountered in HP/HT wells. AQUALINK® HT804F VER2 is formulated from the ground up for wells exceeding 10,000 psi — with qualification testing to 15,000 psi (1,034 bar) and 160°C — providing the fluid life, brine compatibility and corrosion protection that Tier 1 HP/HT production operations demand. Fluid life is rated at 20 years or more in service.
