In the rare instance where you are not 100% satisfied with the product, the follwong policy will apply:
- Faulty Goods
- If the item received is deemed to be faulty, we will be happy to pay for the collection of the goods from the address we sent the goods to originally. And of course we will pay for shipping of the replacement goods as well.
- Wrong choice of goods
- Unfortunately Orbit Industrial cannot be held liable for goods correctly supplied, but wrongly chosen by the customer. The customer will be deemed responsible for shipping costs to return the unused goods in the original packaging (Please see refunds and returns policy).
