ORBIT INDUSTRIAL REFUND POLICY

At Orbit Industrial we pride ourselves on relentless pursuit of complete customer satisfaction.

In the rare instances where the products we sell do not completely meet our customers’ expectations, the following will apply:

• Customer is to immediately inform the relevant Orbit Industrial Representative either verbally or by way of written email notice to jaco@orbitindustrial.co.za
• Orbit Industrial will immediately give feedback as to what is further expected from the customer, if any.

Every case will have its own merits, but the following standards will apply throughout

• Any product will only carry its manufacturer’s warranty. Orbit Industrial will not make any further warranties over and above that of the original manufacturer. Please ensure you are familiar with the factory warranty on the item you are purchasing
• Goods may be returned for credit if still 100% unused within 5 days of purchase
  
• Highly specialised, custom goods will not be available for purchase online. These are ordered under "special order" status and will usually require payment upfront along with the order. Such goods will not be returnable for credit so please be sure that the item you are ordering is 100% correct
