Mobil DTE™ 832 is a superior performance ISO VG 32 turbine oil designed for use in steam turbines, gas turbines and combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) applications under the most severe operating conditions. Based on high quality hydrotreated base stocks for exceptional thermal and oxidation resistance, with a specially chosen additive system providing deposit control and keep-clean performance required by severe duty gas turbines, and excellent water separability needed for steam turbine operation. Deposit control and keep-clean additive technology specifically engineered for the requirements of severe duty gas turbines — preventing the varnish and deposit formation that causes valve sticking and filter plugging.
Excellent Water Separability
Rapid and complete water separation for steam turbine operation — preventing water emulsification that reduces oil film strength and causes bearing and gear corrosion.
Exceptional Thermal & Oxidation Resistance
Hydrotreated base stocks deliver outstanding resistance to thermal degradation and oxidation — extending oil service life in gas turbines where bulk oil temperatures are very high.
Non-Zinc Anti-Wear System
Non-zinc anti-wear additive system provides required load-carrying performance for geared turbines without zinc that can contaminate turbine oil system components.
Outstanding Rust & Corrosion Protection
Excellent protection against rust and corrosion including resistance to salt water — suitable for offshore turbine applications and coastal power generation facilities.
