QUAKERCOOL® 3618 HBFF is a high performance boron-free and formaldehyde-free micro-emulsion metalworking coolant — ideally suited to all operations where high surface finish quality and high lubrication are required. Recommended for all machining operations on steel, cast iron and aluminium alloys across the full range of machining operations from turning and milling to deep hole drilling, honing and lapping. The micro-emulsion technology delivers the superior lubrication of an oil-containing product combined with excellent cleanliness and detergency without the regulatory burden of boron or formaldehyde.
