Hand Sanitiser vs Hand Wash — Important Distinction
The 6392 alcohol sanitiser is a waterless product — it kills microorganisms on contact and is used at entry points, workstations and anywhere without sink access. It does not physically remove dirt or grease. The 6342 foam hand cleanser is used with water to wash hands — removing dirt, grease and contaminants physically. For full hand hygiene compliance in healthcare, food processing and critical environments, both products are recommended at different points in your hygiene protocol. Both use the same 6948 Aquarius™ dispenser.
