Product Overview
Mobilgear 600 XP Series are extra high-performance mineral gear oils with outstanding extreme-pressure characteristics and load-carrying properties, intended for all types of enclosed gear drives with circulation or splash lubrication systems. Formulated to meet the demands of modern, high-power-density gearbox technology, the series provides exceptional protection against micropitting — the surface fatigue failure mode most commonly associated with heavily loaded, case-hardened gearing in mining and processing plant equipment.

Micropitting Protection
FZG micropitting Stage 10 / High rating across the full grade range. Protects case-hardened and conventional gear tooth surfaces against the surface fatigue that initiates progressive gear tooth damage and premature gearbox failure.
Superior Bearing Protection
FE 8 roller wear of just 2 mg across all grades — up to 15 times better than the industry baseline. Up to 22% improvement in bearing life, directly reducing replacement costs and unplanned downtime.
