Product Overview
Mobil Polyrex™ EM is a super-premium electric motor bearing grease formulated with an advanced polyurea thickener and proprietary manufacturing techniques — delivering improved bearing performance and protection for long electric motor life. NLGI 2 consistency suits the majority of standard electric motor bearing applications across manufacturing, processing and facilities management operations.
The advanced polyurea thickener provides increased durability versus conventional polyurea greases when subjected to mechanical shear forces — maintaining grease structure and bearing protection over the full service interval. Mobil Polyrex EM also delivers excellent corrosion resistance, including additional protection under mild salt-water wash conditions, and low-noise properties suited to ball bearing lubrication in noise-sensitive environments.
Mobil Polyrex EM is compatible with a number of ExxonMobil lithium complex greases and competitive electric motor mineral polyurea products, as determined by ASTM D6185 methodology. Available in 18kg pail and 180kg drum from Orbit Industrial — distributing Mobil lubricants across the Western Cape, Northern Cape and Garden Route.
