Application & Mixing Instructions

Using MINETECH™ DG is straightforward and flexible to fit your specific needs. Follow these professional guidelines for optimal dust suppression:

• Dilution: The standard dilution rate for MINETECH™ DG is 1-2% in water. For high-temperature or windy conditions, you may need to increase the application rate to ensure effective dust control. Adjust the dilution level based on the specific conditions of your site.
• Application: Apply the diluted solution as often as needed to manage dust effectively. You do not need to halt traffic to apply the product, but be careful to avoid over-applying the solution on road corners.
• Mixing: For best results, add MINETECH™ DG directly from its container into your water vessel. If you prefer, a dosing pump can also be used. To prevent excessive foaming, always add the MINETECH™ DG to the water vessel after the water has been loaded. The product will self-mix as the truck moves, ensuring an even and consistent application.
